This app is amazing it really helped me and my dog minor issues but totally worth it. I will defiantly recommend it.

App crash

I haven't used this app just yet because my dog is still just a puppy. When I try to go to Account Settings, the app crashes.

I downloaded this app today and opened it about 3 times, and after that (when I actually had something to add to it after a session with one of my dogs) it wouldn't open. I've tried to open it about 10 times now and it immediately crashes. Once fixed I think it will prove really useful and a great way of tracking my dogs' progress, but it has no value if it can't be opened at all.

Won't let me make an acc.

I just got this and started the proplan food for my dog and I am very new to this but saw all great reviews. I went to make an acc to get started - told me they couldn't make the acc and to try later. I've tried about four times now.

If you want people to use your app and then possibly buy your products, it needs to work. Tried to create an account but kept crashing. It was very easy to delete the app. Maybe Iams has an app or will come out with one.

Doesn't sync across devices

Cannot use App because it will not allow log in. Keeps saying can't log in at this time. Updated: now account be created, but it does not sync across devices (iPad and iPhone). Upgraded to 2 Stars since can log in now b

Can't add dog (keeps looping to start over) and it made me sign up and it still doesn't work.

Update: Now crashes all the time! Clicking on the account button makes it crash. The sound on the videos doesn't work and turning on subtitles doesn't work either. I can't find an email address to contact the creators either.

The app is a great way to expose owners and dogs to new types of exercise. My dog likes box jumps. The navigation could be better. Not every page has a menu icon and most lack a back button. Fix that and it's 5 stars. :)

Make it sync with MapMyFitness

So I downloaded the P5 app and the MapMyFitness and created new accounts. I just got the purina pro plan food so I decided I would try the app out and see how it works for Roxy and I. I switched from Nike so I wasn't expecting it to be as good. The MapMyFitness app is pretty good but I wish it would sync the walks that I do with MapMyFitness into the Purina P5 app. If it did that then I would give it 5 stars but I have to manually enter how long we walked each time which isn't efficient and its a waste of time. I'll continue to use the MapMyFitness but I don't think I'll use this until they implement a sync in some way
