Total garbage

This app, and their camera are complete junk. The setup, and administration features are total rubbish. I got connection exactly one time. The app repeatedly asks to change to a new password, then tells me it’s the wrong password. How is it a wrong password when it’s a NEW PASSWORD???!!! This makes this app and it’s associated junk webcam a COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME/MONEY!!! The app is deleted. The camera gets returned. Good riddance to both!!!
Camera Offline when i connect from internet

Camera liveview in LAN is ok. When i go out camera usually is offline. Could you change to use DDNS ?

Right out of the box, no clue successfully setting this up. Very frustrated. As the other review mentioned it just repeatedly says incorrect password.

This app has problems. It brings up our remote camera at our property and the picture is good. I can save photos and video within the app. But when I try to export a photo to my iPhone, the app reliably crashes every time. I can record video within the app but there is no means of exporting the video to my phone so it’s basically a useless feature. SV3C is the IP camera we use. We are going to have to find another solution.

This app crashes often when exporting photos and freezes when viewing the live camera. He camera spins around on its own without us operating it. Occasionally it appears that someone may be remotely operating this device. I am now questioning how secure my webcam connection is through the developers that set up this software. Privacy is essential and I do not think we are as secure as this webcam claims to be.

I also have the same problem I can’t import the pictures that I have saved it keeps crashing. Other than that it’s a great program...

The app developer still fails to keep the app from auto-locking while viewing an SV3C camera. I also use a different brand camera with a different remote viewing app, and that app never auto-locks when viewing the camera live.

So if u get a cam, first thing u do is change the pwd to the cam. It’s unclear if the default password “admin” is hard coded somewhere in the app or the camera firmware because it fails if u enter an updated password Worse however is if u add a camera and it doesn’t properly add, there appears to be no way whatsoever to delete the bad camera entry from the app which leaves u with a placeholder image in that position. Very bizarre that there’s no delete option. Also it’s unclear if u can have 2 people using the app to the same cams as when I added my wife to see on her phone I started getting not connected messages.. I’m kinda bummed at this point but hopefully the dev will fix these issues soon.
