Can’t sign into tv provider

The past 3 months the app will NOT let me sign in to watch but every other link on the app works. Will be deleting the app and possibly canceling cable subscription. Trash app!

Loved watch BGC on this app , had to be extremely patient though. It buffers ALOT and sometimes you’ll lose your spot on an episode. Can’t wait for an update.

You have to subscribe to your local cable provider to enjoy most shows on Oxygen. Why don’t you make this clear upfront?(Yeah, rhetorical question)
Half the time it doesn’t work

It signs me out constantly then takes forever to link up to my cable account. Videos are unavailable often and will freeze mid way through. It’s a small miracle if I can watch an entire episode without something going wrong.

Not only can I watch my favorite shows, but the video will still hover on your screen and play while you do other things on your phone. THANK YOU!!! Love this app.
Shockingly terrible

Is anyone even monitoring this app? It refuses to stay linked to my provider, and when it rarely does connect it won’t play any videos. Totally useless. And the desktop site doesn’t work either, it keeps me in an endless loop of selecting my provider.

This app is ridiculous. For the past week or so, I choose a show, press play..and nothing happens. Just a black screen with a pause button. Nothing plays. When the app does play shows, they’re often glitchy, sound is off, repeat segments of the show., etc. It would be a great app if it actually worked.

The app crashes when I open it 50% of the time. Not exaggerating. It just fails over and over. Right now, I’m trying to watch a show — the show wont load, and the loading icon has been on the screen for 4 minutes now. This app is really, really bad, and seems to get worse all the time.

Freezes and buffers all the time. Exiting and going back into the app does not correct the issue. So irritating!
