I can’t even open the app before it crashes and takes me back to my home screen. I have an iPhone 11

This will work on my iPad. It will not work on iPhone 11. Doesn’t open. Just goes back to home screen. Another thing it is an app but doesn’t appear in settings to manage.
It kicks me off

So I tried to log in with my IPhone Xs when I clicked done it kicked me off the app so I tried again and it still kept kicking me off
Crashes every time I open!!

I use this app for work and since I’ve upgraded my phone to the iPhone 12 pro max, it crashes every time I open. The version I’ve downloaded is the latest and I don’t understand. It worked perfectly on my 8 plus.

I have never rated an app this low; not even close. Will not open attachments, even in paid version. All the icons/links to functions, which are supposed to be at the bottom of the screen are missing. Support (help) function is useless. Can’t start a new email. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST APP EVER!!!!
