Improved my skill, needs updates.

I NEVER write app reviews, but I feel like I have to for this one. I was a Mercy main at mid-to-high gold when my friend and I picked up the app. We both identified our problem areas, adjusted our play styles, and immediately went on a ten-game competitive winning streak! I am now low plat and we’re still hot. The app has its issues. It doesn’t seem to update stats right away, some of the metrics are tough to understand, and it doesn’t seem like the app has been updated for a while. All that said, I can’t argue with the results!

I’ve used this for multiple seasons and while its details have been sufficient their is room for improvement. For better representation I would love to see % of team dmg done and elims etc factored into overall stats. So for example if a team is rolled it will show how well you did. Other than that great app.
Great app but needs to refresh faster

If it didn’t take days to refresh sometimes I’d give it a five, as is I’d say it’s a 4.6.

Honestly, one of the few apps I’ve recommended to multiple people. I find the data through Oversumo much easier to parse through when I want to know how to improve my game.

Starting off with the positive: This is a well-polished app that provides accurate stats for heroes you play, whether QP or comp. It also “ranks” you against how well you stack up compared to other players of that specific hero at your specific rank. This lets you know what areas you need to improve on. App is very clean and easy to use. I usually check it every night and have never had issues with stats not updating. Now for the cons: Devs have a subreddit where they encourage users to ask questions, report bugs, and give feedback. However the devs rarely respond. There is currently a bug for Pro users where you cannot log in - you input your phone number, a blank white bar shows up that vanishes if you tap it, no text message with log in code is received. There is no other way to log in to the app. This is an issue since at least January 2018, posted about numerous times, with the only “fix” being “use a guest account.” I now have to use a guest account when I paid $40 for Pro. By the way, don’t pay for Pro. Blizzard has regulations in place for its API usage. One of those regulations is that no third party can charge money when using Blizzard’s api. Guest accounts, as I’ve now found, display the exact same information as Pro accounts, which is some pretty shady tactics from Oversumo’s devs. Don’t pay for something you’re already getting. Don’t buy Pro version.

I’ve had this for a while now, and it does work for what it’s intended to do, but now that Brigette is out, she is not showing up in the hero listings (last hero update was Moira) if they updated this app for every hero addition and major patch (I.E Sym/hanzo rework) then maybe I’d use this more often. Please Update The App

This app has helped me which heroes I’m strong in and which ones I should leave behind. Also, it shows which goals I should hit with each hero to improve SR. My SR has gone up 300-400 points since using it.
