I am already frustrated with this app because I can’t even log in. I’m using the credentials straight from the email I’ve been given and it won’t work, yet I am able to log in through the computer without any problems. Why do I have to log in with a set of random numbers instead of my email like I can through my laptop? Of course there is no way to contact help so I’m not able to do anything with appointments until I can get to a desktop/laptop.

This app is great, but it would be a lot more useful if all the pro features actually worked on the app. Having to switch to the browser version while still on my phone and then having that version not work well on mobile means that the pro version is at best super inconvenient and at worst pretty useless if you have an iPhone or iPad to run your business with. I’m not an app developer so I have no idea what the reasoning is for this, maybe it is hard to fix? But it really takes a lot away from what would be an otherwise perfect app.

As a new salon owner , have the responsibility and the fear to find the best soft wear was a challenge until I can across this app/ software . I am so glad I trusted in ovatu and it's customer service. Long story short . I use this soft wear to its full potential with inventory , online booking , text and email reminds for all our employees and independent contractors . Our clients find it easy and reliable. When I lost data on my iPhone due to an update, I took Apple's advice and installed a bunch of third party apps to decide which would work best for me. Ovatu is, by far, the best app for my small business. The customer service is the best I have encountered.Even though Dave is in Australia and I am in the US, he is amazingly fast in replying to me queries. Get this app!! You will NOT be disappointed!!

The best booking app out there. Independent Hairdressers - this is the app for you. Book your appointments, keep count of your inventory, keep track of client information and formulas, online booking, text and email appointment confirmations, you can book through your Facebook page, and you can process payments (using PayPal here). It’s perfect. And what makes it even better is the customer service. There is always a quick response. I’ve used this app since 2013, and it keeps getting better.

Dave Hole and the Ovatu team are what makes this the best ...after the fact that it is a great phone app, website appt. booker, FB app etc. they do it all. A few bumps and kinks but the team is so quick to respond to feedback. They sincerely take feedback into consideration which leads to continuous improvements. Oh and the pricing can not be beat. This app makes owning and operating my own massage business a breeze :) thanks Ovatu!
