It works.

I use it every day for collaboration at work. Overall, Microsoft could really help users by not having several versions of programs in their suite. It's confusing.

Why?

Why not just use email and OneDrive for Business?

Limited functionality. Can't reply from within the app

I am a small-medium sized business owner using the full Microsoft Office Business 365 Premium Suite. I have some IT background and My skill level is well above the casual PC User. I have to say I am disappointed with the setup so far. Unless you have an dedicated IT Employee to setup, manage, and run the suite for your business on a day to day basis, you will find yourself overwhelmed and buried in technical information, updates, etc. A simplified version of this program suite is BADLY needed. Overkill. The IOS app version could be much better than what it is. Biggest issue: it will not allow you to reply to messages from within the group app.

Only works 25% of the time

It frequently freezes almost immediately after opening the app. When it finally does work and I am able to update an event, it doesn't sync with my or my team's outlook calendars.

Can't swipe to delete conversations

Also can't erase multiple conversations at once. Most annoying feature (or lack thereof)

Love this app!!

Many limitations

Can't swipe to delete conversations. Cannot respond to conversations from the group's email address. Is the purpose of this app to Simply monitor the group's inbox?

The Calendar Feature is Junk!

Classic Microsoft at it again.. this is by far the worst functioning calendar I've ever used. Literally delete the entire thing and build something new from scratch. Notifications don't work, when you add new events to the calendar you get a new email every single time plus every time someone edits or adds to the event. Not to mention anyone else included in the event gets the email. Doesn't matter how many times you click unsubscribe or tell it to stop emailing you it just keeps doing it. I use Windows 10, an Xbox One, Office 365, and a few other Microsoft made products and they all have the same chronic lack of functionality. They must hire people who don't care about the quality of their work... and it shows!

Helpful for school students

Crystal lover!?

It helps students find out who their teachers really before they get their schedule, and is helpful for teachers when they need to send out an assignment online to kids who need it. Also good for doing group projects for jobs. Of there is a better app out there, I haven't seen it yet.
