Does Not Recognize My Subscription

The app will not let me sign in to download issues, and never has. It claims the ID is not recognized. However, the subscription renewal email from Apple let me link to the account info, using the same ID. Needless to say, the first thing I did was turn off auto-renewal.

Bought a year subscription, but can't download anything. What a waste of money. Don't make my mistake.

For some time now I can not download my issues. The app doesn't seem to recognize me as having a subscription. When I try logging in the system doesn't recognize my user name and password. I have the same issue on my iPhone4s.

App Update: continues to be the buggiest app I use. Unfortunately I really enjoy the magazine but it's getting harder to justify the reading difficulties. Ridiculous App Update: unable to restore purchases to get new issues! Where are the issues always late. Wasting money contacted the publisher and they say "not our problem."

App doesn't recognize my subscription once it autorenewed. Loved it when I was able to get it, but too frustrated to keep trying - I'm giving up on OP.

Every month it seems to be an adventure to get my magazine. You try 3 days in a row and give up. A week later poof there it is . May go back to print although the reason I got this was to eliminate paper. My time is worth more than this
Issues unavailable for download

What should be a simple app for reading this really great magazine is very frustrating. After paying for a 1 year subscription I am unable to download new issues. It acts as if I never purchased the subscription. This is apparently a known issue where the app gives some advice for how to try and fix but after many, many attempts still is not working. Very disappointing. If can't get it to work soon will just cancel my subscription.
