When I wanted to play Minecraft I taped the game and waited for the intro to end and then it closed the app plz fix if you do I give 5 stars

Every time I play this, the sound never works and what ever other game I play the sound works. And the sound is all the way up.
Can’t sign in!

Once I make it to the add your birthday page of signing in it won’t allow me to go to the next page. It just keeps going back to the month selection. So I can’t ever sign in. Very frustrating!

Whenever I get to a lobby in mineplex it always takes like two minutes to adjust. What I mean by that is it is like blank, and it flashes, and after a few minutes it gets me to the lobby but then It crashes me completely out of the game!!!! Please help me. I love building with my friends but I hate how I keep crashing. And I hate how I have to buy more friend slots because I got one hundred friends. Seriously mojang, go get a life. Next, I am very mad because the developers (Or also known as idiots), keep getting updates, but they aren’t even cool! Get more animals and where is Africa? Giraffes, Elephants, Zebras, and crocodiles! We could ride the G, E, Z, but not the c! (Crocodiles). I am also angry because the idiots or also the lie *developers* don’t even listen to our reviews or even try to help us because our games are crashing because of this stupid update! I love dolphins and turtles because who doesn’t? But the shipwrecks to me just look like a old house underwater, other

Why won’t it let me in servers i just downloaded it again after 1 year or so and i cant play any servers unless i log onto XBox can someone please help me know if Im doing something wrong please
