It stoped working

I got this app on my iPad and it worked really well and I liked it but when I downloaded it and tried to open it on my phone it wouldn’t work.
Lost previous purchases with new version

We purchased the full unlock a few years back. After the 2016 update, the restore purchase button does not unlock anything. Went back to the 2014 version and it restores fine. No word from customer service, after many messages over a year. My daughter likes the graphics from the old version anyways. But I'm leary to buy anything else from this company.

This game sometimes glitches with the point where the picture if the characters eye comes up; it stays on the screen and won't go away.

Let my kid play it for a bit. He's a huge baseball fan so obviously that's the sport he picked. He was batting balls for a long time then decided to try the injury portion of the game. Was amusing watching him pick out splinters
