App not synced with computer

I changed my study schedule so I could use the newer first aid edition and while my sched on the computer is OK the app doesnt show any pages for the book so I waste my time flipping around looking for the pages. So irritating.

i can’t thank your group too much. definitely worth the prime price. though i couldn’t find a way to feedback possible mistakes in the videos? e.g. parafollicular cells have been traced to originate from endoderm instead of neural crest cell. but still, worth 5 stars for sure. good luck for my exams. lol

I'm a medical student from KSA, and I really benefited from this app. I've only started using it towards the end of last semester, so this is not my final review. Osmosis became my favorite place to start studying and get the general idea before going to my school notes and books for the details. Also a very positive thing is that the developers actually put time and effort to read feedbacks from users and use them to make the app better. Which leads me to my biggest concern, I don't think the app is getting the credit it deserves. Will that affect the effort and care put into this? Cuz a thing like this needs update, follow up, and improvement due to the fact that this is a medical based app and the knowledge never ends. I hope they keep it up and continue improving.

Osmosis.org has changed my life. As a medical student with two kids, osmosis has bridged the gap, eliminating the need for repetitive and redundant efforts to learn medicine. My favorite feature is the fact i can upload all of my lecture content, and osmosis will analyze my lecture slides and link flash cards, picmonics, high yeild notes, all related to what I am studying. For the first time, I am actually enjoying myself in medical school. Thank you for for creating this app, and I will look at this as one of my smartest decisions on my journey to become a physician.
Worthless App if You're Not A Prime Member

Everything on the app runs into a paywall. I'd recommend just watching the available videos on Youtube if you're not a prime member ($159/year is the sale price).
Unreliable App

Ultimately, not worth the download. It is extremely buggy on the iPad with most videos not playing or audio overlapping with previous parts of the video. I pay $9.99 for the videos only and can’t use them on my iPad Pro and the subscription doesn’t cover videos on the osmosis website, so I can watch on my iPhone or not at all. I don’t need the extra features of a full subscription but apparently that’s the only way to have reliable, multi-platform access to all of the videos. Bummer. Will be cancelling my subscription at the end of the month and relying on OME instead.
Failure to restore purchases

I pay for Flashcards etc monthly and instead of allowing me to sign in each time I want to use the app the Flashcards I paid for is locked. I’ve tried signing in and out. Refreshing app. Attempting to restore purchases. Nothing works. COME ON OSMOSIS! Do better!
