We received a free trial set. My son enjoyed one of the games, but overall he was not impressed. Basically it uses a mirror to see what is on the table. Yes, it had tangible objects to move on the table surface, but overall it’s not that impressive. As an educator, I believe there are many more apps that are education with far less cost. In addition, the iPad can not have any protective cover on it to work with the app...a nerve racking thought for any parent. In order to try the trial you have to give your credit card information. There is NO where to cancel the trial in their app or website. The company is supposed to send an email to cancel prior to charging, they did NOT!!! BEWARE IF YOU DO THE TRIAL, AS I GOT CHARGED!!! You must email customer service to cancel. Who knows how long until I get a refund!!! ?

Can’t get past anymore levels!

I was able to complete the first level but I was still struggling a little bit because it wouldn’t recognize the piece and now when I do a different one, It will recognize only a few piece even though I’ve put all of the piece correctly. If anyone could help, that would be appreciated. Thank you

Horrible update

My son worked very hard for months solving the puzzles and get his sticker rewards. He loved going through his stickers and seeing what he had. In the update, some "smart" person decided to remove the sticker book. How do you tell your 3 year old all their hard work is lost?

Doesn’t pick up peace’s

I love this app but it doesn’t pick up the yellow square idk why but please fix it because It’s getting annoying! I put it in the right place but it NEVER picks it up

Our five year old loves this app, we do too! I've been impressed with his increased skill set in a short amount of time. The way the app has an adventure feel to the puzzles keeps him engaged and continues to challenge him. Great product, strongly recommend

Suddenly not seeing the tiles

Worked the first time but now does not detect tiles. The other two apps still work.

If you are having trouble getting the tablet to recognize the pieces make sure that the tablet asked you for permission to use the camera. When I first installed it never asked me for permission so the camera wasn’t even working. I deleted app then reinstalled, this time when first staring up app asked for permission to use camera and now app works just fine.

Won’t recognize tiles

I purchased 10 sets for my Special Education students. The other Osmo apps work but this app won’t recognize the tiles almost daily. It will also recognize them and then immediately go back to not seeing them. This is extremely frustrating for both my students and myself.

Hi I have been using osmo for 6 whole days! Osmo is a really fun game to play! My three favorite osmo games are osmo Tangram osmo coding Awbie and osmo pizza co. I almost have all of your products! Keep up the great work tanable play!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have had this game for seven days now. I want to say that osmo drains your battery really quickly. I played with osmo for 2 hours and my battery was down to 10 percent. Overall osmo is a great gaming system I will keep buying your products. Keep up the great work
