I am able to sync everything except my text messages. Is anybody else having this issue.

I downloaded the app it will not let me enter my height or weight all it does is keep restarting the app this is aggravating on something just spent this kind of money on.

Simple to use couple functions still don’t work properly Heights and avatar do not save and so far it does not look like you can change bedtimes just started using will update more later. I have use the watch for a few weeks now it no longer tracks steps says there’s an update but will not update and the heart rate monitor will track heart rate we’re not even wearing the watch don’t know if the app is bugged or the watch is bugged

Since syncing it with my iphone10 I can make and receive calls but cannot hear the other person and they can’t hear me. I’d really like to fix this as it’s done nothing but cause frustration. Model number is 4noxqh0000010
Only half works, in the end I had to delete.

The information sent to the app for the most part is correct, but the information sent to the watch is missing a big chunk. Also every time I open this app the time on the watch changed and I mean every time. I have to turn off and on the Bluetooth on my phone to reset the watch. When all was said and done I ended up deleting the app from my phone. I bought the watch to keep track of my sleep and now I just bought a watch.

Worked properly for exactly one day. Does not sync at all, because of the not syncing issue no data is compiled and it is essentially just a crappy watch and a non-functioning app.
