A bit dosappointed

This app has potential to be the best in its class. Nice streamlining of scripture, saints, and extra nuggets of wisdom. When I first downloaded it and saw I would need to pay $4 for what I thought would be full access, I considered it worth it after some weeks of using the app. However, once I paid the fee and opened the app to access the hagiography, immediately I was met with the i fo that I’d need to pay another $15 to get FULL access (in regards to saints’ lives). I felt cheated somehow. There are other apps that offer the same or more info for free (albeit not as aesthetically pleasing)on other apps.

This is a very good app. The content is fantastic, and you can’t beat having the entire Prologue with audio recordings on your phone. The only improvement I hope to see is better navigation. Having the ability to go to the next reading, whether in the Prologue or Prayers section, would make this app complete. This could be accomplished by being able to swipe left and right, or by having an arrow to click.

I felt cheated when they asked for an additional 15 dollars. Not that great of an app. AFR and other free apps provide the same content for free.

i downloaded this app a couple weeks ago, and just tried using it this week, and the Saints and Readings don’t populate, and the Search doesn’t work.

However, I’ve just lost all of the Scripture readings for the year as well as the synaxarion. This would hands down be the best designed devotional app if they kept up with it. It would spread like wildfire.

The daily readings and saints page are blank. The only think I can see are the daily prayers. Hopefully it will be fixed soon. I like how it looks.

UPDATE: The Daily Readings, along with quotes of the church fathers, just disappeared. Tried to email IC XC, but their email is no longer good Jovan Readings from The Prologue along with the daily readings all in one place. This for everyone. Just wish it had I in the Slavonic as well

Very FRUSTRATED

Before January 1, 2019, this app was working great on my I-Phone 8. I used it every day and found the content very enriching. After January 1, 2019, the readings for the day disappeared! I have tried contacting support via the link provided. I have sent an email twice requesting assistance and the emails have been reported incorrect address. Hey, I used the link provided here to get to the web site and then used “contact us” on the web site. What is going on? I want my favorite app back!!!! I was charged on the Apple I-tunes and App Store for my annual membership on June 14th, 2018. There has been 1 other problem. Frequently during this membership, I have been blocked from using the app by a page that requests I “renew membership charges” or something close to that. I do so, and then am able to access the app. I have seen no further charges on my I-tunes and App Store purchase record, so that is a puzzle! Nothing on my PayPal either. So what the heck is that about? Annoying.
