Fantastic implementation of ICD–10

Orthopedics is hit especially hard by ICD–10 but this app makes it easy to select the base code and then allows you to drill down in steps to the specificity required after 10/1/15. Makes coding fractures easy. Much more complete after the latest update. Definitely recommend.

Despite all the free apps out there, I paid for this app thinking it would be more helpful. Unfortunately it is painful to use. It requires me to login with an email address and password every single time I open the application. Customer service is nonexistent. I cannot get any email reply. It is basically worthless. I use the free apps available instead.

Has been a very valuable ICD 10 source to me. However, over the last week it has been unavailable-appears to have crashed or gone dark.
