I try signing in with my ticketmaster acct email and password which i am 100% sure are current and the app tells me they dont match!! I tried resetting it 5 different times to no avail. This screwed up my evening since it took forever to clear up the confusion at the arena which cost us to miss over a quarter of the game. Fix this app!

This app is definitely headed in the right direction and is almost there. It is very useful at the games. I'm an info person though. In the roster section, I think the app should have the players' hometown and the college they attended added. Keep up the good work.

Works half the time

This app is terrible. It works half the time like it should. You can not trust it to use it to post you tickets for sale and if you post them and later go back to edit the posting to lower the price it will cancel the posting. You do not get any error it just appears like the edit was successful then you find out later the post was canceled. I lost the sale of tickets this way.

Error Message When Listing Tickets

Error message to update after you list tickets for sale and try to list more tickets. Yet no means to update, so the only way to list more tickets is to delete app and download it again. This has happened a dozen or more times over the last week. Every time I've tried to list tickets. Fix it and it would probably be a great app.

It won't open. It just says loading events and then times out and says server isn't responding check your internet connection.

IPhone Troubles

Told last year that they were having trouble getting the App to work with iPhones. I couldn't turn in or exchange tickets at times throughout the season. Can't this season yet, but have been told we will by mid October. It's too inconsistent and phone updates make it not work! I don't want to be always wondering if it will work or not when I go on it.

Love this app so much. Very convenient and simple to use. Great how the app keeps you up to date with what's going on with the Magic. My wife and I just bought the fast break pass and we are looking forward to this season and getting to see the magic play more than we have before. Let's go magic!

Great for when you're at the game, I use it for tickets, express pick up and upgrading my seat. Only 2 suggestions, 1. lower prices on upgrade seats as the game progresses (at half time or something). 2. Do not ever force an update to use the app, on game day, ever again you can't get signal in the arena (even with the free wifi) and I couldn't check seat upgrades, because my app needed to updated. (The update literally came out hours before the game and was a required update)

Unable to sell tickets

I keep getting "There are some errors, please update:" message when I try to sell tickets. I logged in and out and same errors. Other than that issue app works well.
