Great game, won’t load

With the newest updates it won’t load anymore without WiFi present.

I cant find my friends in the game

I added to my best friend for play together to this mmorpg but I can’t find him being in the same position of map. How i can play with my friend? What i need to do?

Game is pretty in depth there’s a bunch of quests you can do and as you play you enjoy more scenery and other things that show the multitude of graphics. I would say the only issue I’ve experienced is the connection lost quite a bit and I have an excellent WiFi network and an iOS so there should be no reason why I’m constantly DC’d from the game or locked out due to lost connection. I will change to 5 stars when I can see that the connection problem has been fixed.

They refuse to reply to my emails! The only reply I got was from a Facebook post saying they were going to expedite my ticket. That was 3 days ago after a month of waiting for a reply from the several emails I sent to restore my character!!!! I want a refund!!

Won’t even open

After the most recent server maintenance my game won’t load. It loads up to 100% , makes some weird noise over and over and says your connection has been lost over and over. I want my money back I spent on this game or free stuff for a new character. I actually liked the game until this happened but now I can’t even open the game.

This is still probably my favorite rpg but I’m putting one star to hopefully get the devs attention I am certainly no stranger to giving criticism and honestly the game has been running pretty smoothly but I do feel the classes a quite unbalanced at the moment blood Knight is easily the most overpowered and overused class especially in pvp and needs to be brought down a bit, rangers and mages aren’t too bad and are pretty balanced in pvp and good in pve but I feel monks do have a slightly ridiculous amount of healing power in pvp and warriors are just lacking in something which especially is annoying because you need a tank for dungeons yet hardly anyone still plays as a warrior and blood knights are not able to fill that role in pve which is concerning otherwise I am enjoying the new updates which have been quite a lot better than many of the ones in the past keep up the good work and send me a response to let me know you read this and I’ll change it to 5 stars for ya

When I log in it glitches out and says cannot connect no matter 4g or WiFi Just repeats and has sword sound repeating and won’t close

This game is super fun except when I close the app and it takes about 20 attempts to actually play it once again. Usually when the loading bar hits 100%, it reads “Connection Lost” and I’m forced to wait for the loading bar to load again. Restarting the app doesn’t fix this, turning off and on the WiFi does not fix this, and the amount of times I have failed to play this game because of this issue is very high. Sometimes this does not happen! Those are the times when the loading bar hits 100% and then the app crashes by itself. Very few times have I made it last the loading screen. I just want to be able to play the game, not battle the loading screen. Please fix this terrible issue.
