very good for people who want to use their PC on the iPad. there are many similar apps that does similar things (vpn, remote desktop, remote files, photo upload, music and movie playback), but this seems to be the only one that puts it all under one roof and on your own pc. pretty smart!
Unacceptable behavior

This apps desktop companion took over my system. Glass effect disappeared in my windows 7 desktop. During instal, filemames flashed like a rainstorm into my pc. My dropbox utility stopped responding and i could not access my dropbox. All this happened the moment i did the required install re-boot. Immediately uninstalled pc utility and removed this app from my tablet. Now i'm trying to restore my desktop to the condition before this.

Don't even waste your time with this app needs lots of improvement. It's slow, glitchy and doesn't even work half the time. :/
