No way to cancel rides

So, if your driver doesn't show up, he still takes your money and you have to order another car, as there is no way to cancel the ride on the user's end. That needs to get fixed ASAP.
App works. Service is $$$$$

The app works as promised. The service is 2 to 3X more expensive compared to the other app I use to accomplish getting from Point A to Point B. I'm sure the drivers love this app as it takes more of my money and delivers it to the drivers. I'll stick with my "U" plan.
Great concept and execution

A very interesting concept with great execution. The app is very clear on the options provided to you as a consumer with ratings visible for each driver and their price point for the ride you're requesting.

The service is really great! You get to pick your driver and your price. I like having the choice to pick my driver before I ever get in the car with anyone. The individual reviews for each driver are really helpful.

I had a very nice and thoughtful driver everytime I rode with Opoli. They also always offer me water as well it's cheaper than uberBlack depending on your driver and which car you choose. Overall I would recommend this fantastic service
Worst Driver Ever

I requested opoli for the first time. I bid and a driver counter bid. I was in a rush so I accepted. The driver was just 6 minutes away after 30 minutes I called him twice. He sent my call to voicemail I texted him and replied saying he wasn't picking me up for me to cancel cause it look bad on him if he canceled when I was about to canceled he ended the ride saying he took me to my destination when I never even got on his car. There's no customer service number. To call to complaint and the worst part is that they charge my account :/ for a ride I never took

Really enjoyed the service and the vehicle. It was a town car at a low price. It also picked me up quickly. It's new so it has some bugs but overall great experience.
No drivers respond

They don't have enough drivers. Every time I put a bid way higher than the suggested rate nobody responds either.
