Love it but...

Christopher Kurk

I prefer this app over the others but at times when I'm using it & want to change to a different town, it crashes on me every now & then. Other then that though I have no complaints about this app.

Does less than previous versions.

Mason Jarr

The app will tell you what the MTA tells you: if their time is accurate to the minute so is the app. But if the MTA says a train is on time but it's late there goes your accuracy. The app it replaced allowed the user to save trips on the subway so you could look up a favorite destination and know which subway trains would take you. It even gave you all the intermediate stops. This app is Metro North. It has a subway map but that's it.

Prefers the previous version

RateOnlyIfEnjoyOrHate

The previous version showed you all the stops. This latest one as of May 5th does not.

When it works...

Igottanamenooneelsedoes

The app is great WHEN it works. Often I will try to get info on which train to take from West Haven to Stamford only To see trains that have 2:31 duration West Haven to Grand Central back to Stamford. Not helpful. The latest update is even worse!

New version is broken -- all trains show as "null"

Prior version was fine

Doesn't Work. Just Like Metro North

K5us

After a "fix" nothing works. Just like Metro North more crap on top of old crap. Apple needs to kick this app out of the store and have an option for zero stars.

Broken on v3.0

Klepi

Been using this app for a year and I prefer it to the train time app, even if the UI looks a little dated. It gives me the next trains and track numbers immediately upon opening the app. The official MTA app (TrainTime) is usually less reliable and requires a click or two to get to your times. But this is what I have to fall back on because this app no longer works at all.

Version 3.0 dud

ehxueksj

The only thing that works in version 3.0 is the ad bar, unfortunately. No schedules are displayed, no matter which stations are chosen. Very disappointing, because this app used to be fantastic. Hope they fix this dud update immediately. UPDATE ON 7/14/16: They fixed this new release a tiny bit, but not much. It doesn't show any train times before 6:00am or after midnight--no matter what you select as a departure time. And all trains are listed as "off-peak." And the app no longer lists service alerts for any train lines, so you can't get info about train delays etc. So incredibly mad at the idiots who make this app, because it used to be so awesome before this 6/30/16 update!! I have had to switch over to the MNR app for accurate info.

Excellent!

Simple, well thought through and above all really useful. If using v3 you must set your device clock to 12 hour. This advice from great support response.

Doesn't work

GorgeousLittleThings

Won't let me change stations or even open half the time. Uninstalled.
