Keeps kicking me off

Coworkers and I are having one heck of a time with OnShift right now. A lot of us are just getting signed out for no reason. After I sign back in, if I click on ANYTHING, I’m immediately signed back out. This app is the only way we can check our work schedules. Please fix something

the app keeps logging me out every time I try to push a button. If I click my schedule, or my account, etc. ANYTHING I click on the app it logs me out.

I do not like the new update. I have to log in every time and most of the time it logs me right back out as soon as I get logged back in. Pain in the behind to say the least. Wish they would fix it. Seems to be everyone’s issue and hope this is taken serious and quickly corrected. It’s garbage now!!! It logs me off all the time. ???

Every time I click on a different tab it kicks me out and makes me sign in again. It’s very frustrating and I hope it gets fixed soon. I’m not the only one having this issue either many of my coworkers are experiencing the same thing.

Absolutely inconvenient. The app constantly logs you out as you switch to different features. The older version was way better. Perfect example of “If aint broke don’t fix it.” I hate that I have to use this app daily.?

I like seeing all of my shifts in the app. It would be nice to be able to transfer the schedule into iCal. That would make it a 5 star app for sure. It would also be nice to be able to see the entire schedule for more than just the current week.

Update: they have sent out an update that fixes the app login issue The new update is horrible and difficult to use. The app always signs me out, and I have to log back in. Open shifts can’t be seen on certain days, so if you want overtime you have to go to the open shift tab, versus clicking on the day. This app has become very irritating to use
