I don’t trust them to have fixed the inaccuracies, lack of info etc and now it’s not free. Better off buying a pierce.

Just wanted to check the age of my piano but the app only allows subscriptions. I don’t want the risk of not being able to unsubscribe. Will literally never use it again. Would be happy to pay a dollar or two

I would have paid a one time fee for the convenience of the app, but a subscription makes no sense, so I’m deleting it.

I installed this app with the assumption that as a “free” app, I would be able to use it in order to look up information on my one piano. They had the brand of the piano but when I went to put the serial number in, a box came up saying they now need to charge a fee for usage, to “help them out.” The smallest fee is a .99 cent monthly fee, and I’m not getting into that mess. What a bait and switch. Really disappointed.

I use this app regularly to find out more information about pianos. I am a professional piano technician, and the OPA is very helpful in the field when making decisions about repairs. Thanks to the developer. The only issue I’ve had is when the serial number contains letters, the results often come back as “no such serial number exists...” so if that glitch were worked out it would be even better.

Great. Checked it against my Pierce Piano Atlas and it checks. Only suggestion is that you add square grands. Updateded review. Changed my rating to 3 instead of 4 because now you have to pay. If you added square grands, I would purchase and change my rating.
