I have some very sentimental pictures saved to my account and can’t access them. They are all my pictures of my fiancé that passed away that I need to retrieve. OneVault pro isn’t upgraded to suit the iOS 11 version. I tried opening the app up on my iPad and it doesn’t give me an option to sign in to my account. If there is any way you could help me I would greatly appreciate it.

I paid for OneVault Pro and I can not retrieve my material, iPad says that it needs to be updated. So are we to believe that this was a scam to extort money from all that have paid for this product? Or are you going to update your product? I also think that Apple needs to be blamed for this as well, things that are seen on the site for sell or free can not be trusted from any of the developers. I have never had this happen on any of my Android Devices ElvisBob

It's nice to have a place where all my personal data, pics & videos are safe from prying eyes. I'd recommend this app to anyone that keeps or would like to keep sensitive data and pics away from the kids or anyone else that may use your phone. Works flawlessly.

Se echa en falta más opciones de configuración, como poder desactivar las opciones de envío por Facebook Twitter etc, para no hacer un envío accidental. También vendría bien un pequeño tutorial de cómo funciona el programa dentro del mismo. Aparte de esto el programa está bastante bien.

I paid for the pro version. I have many pictures in the vault. However I cannot reach my documents because there is not an update for ios 11. I am not sure if there is any plans??? What will happen to my pictures???
