I booked through google and when I am trying to register at the app to reach my booking it is telling me invalid first name and showing the email at red !!! WTH

Do not book with them, they are a complete scam! I booked a hotel in Albuquerque and they send me all the way to Santa Rosa, i cancelled the reservation and they still would not refund my money. They are a nightmare to deal with. Do not recommend what so ever, they are a complete scam, don’t know how they got such “high” rating, most likely their rating is not real. Also their costumer service is not helpful at all, they have been rude, I’ve been on the phone with them for more than 5 hours overall, they’ve lied to me and will not refund my money

Can't listen to his game
Perhaps some people have had a smooth booking experience but I sure wish I could say the same... I booked rooms in Vegas and they cancelled my reservation and kept my money... After numerous calls to India, good ole Patel swears up and down that they have no proof of the transaction... after doing some 2nd grade math with my personal banker, we can plainly see where One Travel extracted the money out of my account... I had to send this issue to the fraud department at my bank and get a new card... I got my money back a month later. Food for thought... if they do this to 10,000 individuals at one time, imagine how much money they generate at a half of percent interest in a month... just sayin.

I hope I can rate 0 star to those fools who working in OneTravel “company”(someone sue them for illegal plz) If you cannot distinguish the quality of this app, plz don’t rate! They deserve none! No 2,3,4,5 stars, rate 1, the Lowest! Help more users to understand that they are dealing with a terrible, horrible and trash company! So, leave it away, don’t let them use 4+stars to fool you! Because next step they will do is to let their customer service to fool you! Here is my story: I paid the insurance just in case my trip occur any change, so I called them for more than 3 hours in several times. The reason I called them separately was because they had pushed all the responsibilities to the insurance company I paid. However, the thing we’re not as easy as I hope—they began to push the responsibilities back and forth, play me like a monkey! Finally, the insurance send me a form and let me to fill it that I have chance to get the money back. Ok, everyone knows they won’t, since I read so many reviews here. I gave up, I gave up those thousand bucks, but I will write this hostile facts that worth thousand bucks to let more people knowing they are scam! A total scam!!! Tips: OneTravel and the insurance company they recommended are cooperated, so there is no ways for you to get those money back, because they love it, and you paid it. The best way to keep you money save from those professional lairs is leave it away, and go to any airline company’s website directly! You gotta brain, then use it!

App isn’t as good as online booking as far as I can see at first glance. But, I have booked several trips with OneTravel and I have been very pleased with my trips. Make sure and read trip details and airline baggage etc before booking though. So many different classes of booking. Make sure and get what you want. Good prices and easy booking with these guys though.
