It says one tap , however it isn’t. You must tap the picture then tap the phone number even tho the contact only has one number. Before my 14 update I had one the was simply touch and it calls them . I can’t remember what it was but I want it back!

I’m so frustrated. First I downloaded the free version. I opened it and wend to add 1st favorite. I got a message that I had to go to Setting>Privacy>Contacts and click on OneTapAccess to allow it access to my address book. I tried to do that but when I clicked on Contacts, OneTapAccess was not listed for me to choose. I then went to the support on the app and wrote an email. But next I got a message saying that the address was no good. So I went to the app store to write a review and I go a message saying I couldn’t write a review unless I owned the app. Do I have to purchase the app to be considered owned by me and then be able to write a review? I next went to their website and wrote another email for help. I didn’t get a message saying the address wasn’t good and am now waiting for an answer. I then deleted the app and reinstalled it to see if that would help. It only helped to allow me to right this review. I will change this review if it ever works and the problem is solved. I’m writing this here so if it happens to anyone else maybe they can read the reply back to me from the company as to how to fix the problem.

When u tap the "call" widget it doesn't dial right away ( like another widget app called "Favorites" but that one doesnt let u put unlimited widgets up ) it asks again whether u want to call the person. I guess that's a fail safe against an accidental "butt dial" But i prefer true one tap for a widget since widget access is, for me, times of speedy access. (only reason i gave 4 vs 5 stars) The text widget does go immediately to text page of that person though. And the truly unlimited number of widgets u can make to show up on the "today" page is what i needed (the "Favorites" app only allows 20) (Iphone favorites program only allows 8!!!?!!) I also like the different colors it assigns to the widget so u don't have to have a picture for that contact if you don't want to. Can pick it out by the color.
