Had anticipated the paid version of this (as threatened), glad to see the free one, glad to send in my donation. Great podcast, great pocket resource. As chief EM resident at my level 1 trauma center I command you all to download and donate to this invaluable adjunctive therapy to your patient care. Or at least listen to the blog if, for some reason, you have ignored the advice of The Scott to do so. Thank you, gentlemen. Recs for better dispo: UI is straight forward but not very (an)aesthetically pleasing Text files (checklist/summary) I donated; why does it want me to do it again to see "full lectures?"
