Does Even offer loans?
No, Instapay allows you to access the wages you've already earned. There's no interest, and it's not borrowing because it's your money.
Does Even work with any bank?
Even works with over 18,000 banks, but some smaller banks take a long time to send data to the Even app. If you use one of these banks, your experience with the app may not be great. We wish we could make things faster for this set of banks, but there’s only so much we can do.
How much does Even cost?
Even is free if you work for certain employers that have partnered with Even. If you don’t work for an employer we’ve partnered with, we ask you to pay a monthly subscription of $2.99 to continue using the service after your 60 day free trial.
Can I use Instapay?
Instapay is only available through employers that we have partnered with. Instapay is part of Even Plus; the price of Even Plus varies depending on how much your employer covers, but is generally about the price of a sandwich.

This app never opens. I clear out of it and open it again and still nothing. It only works when it wants to. It’s annoying ash.

Don't make a mistake on here they will make you feel stupid for it. Also when you change your account info they dont tell you if you have weekly payments, the whole reason to have them, then you have to go in and change what account gets paid weekly. Even tho you have stripped all the other account information from this app. When it comes time for the weekly payment. You keep checking the new account not there. Then you check the old account and it’s there. Go to customer service. Agent tells me its my fault for not changing the weekly account info. Should just be one account info that you change when they use terms like “main account”. And you only put in one and don't hit add other accounts. Ok rant over…

One of the best apps I have on my phone, it gives you the option to get half your check every week so you have something to look forward to week to week. Even also allows to pull half your already earned money whenever you need. Absolutely helpful and Even is great.

I have been using the even app for quite some time now and i haven’t had much issues with it , it’s got instapay which i love , i get paid EARLY , and i know exactly how much i’m going to get paid for the next couple of paychecks. I ran into a problem although when i tried to change my bank account , i think it’s RIDICULOUS that in order to change your bank account you have to delete the whole app!! there is LITERALLY not an option to change it at all! I literally just want to change it however what if someone else entered the wrong information on accident ? or what if something happened to that bank account thus forcing them to rid the one they have currently , it’s not fair at all and i feel that’s something very simple that should have BEEN an option on the app , PLEASE fix this it’s very frustrating. I went to go download the app because my new job offers it, and it showed that it was previously downloaded on my phone. when i clicked on the app it showed my old work and said it was unable to connect and asked if i work anywhere else but doesn’t give me any option to put in my current job.
