The application is required to watch content streamed from the airline’s entertainment portal and must be downloaded prior to boarding.
Used to work now it just gives an error message to RETRY. I’ve deleted and downloaded a few times and it still doesn’t work. Couldn’t get help from developers site.
Asked for $8 for internet connection even though it was advertised as free. I paid, and still had no wireless service, let alone tv or movie streaming.
3/23 just took a 3hr flight & could only watch on Delta’s tv’s : when using this app mesg read Retry? @10k ft in the air WiFi was working but not this app
