App crashes, even after re-installing

Right after I finished signing in to google, the whole app crashed i figured if I uninstall and redownload the app it would work but unfortunately I get the same error.
Garbage app doesn’t respond

Only reason to download this app is to turn off the remote play that’s automatically turned on the pc when you sign in. Absolute garbage app.

Previously it would crash upon login, so something on the backend I guess. They have fixed that issue and it works now. Streaming games locally has been great and responsive as if you were in front of the computer. Haven’t tried it remote yet but I did try it on mobile data only and worked as expected. So with that I don’t see why it won’t work just as well on another wifi network being truly remote. Only gripes were the login being broken, on screen keyboard is wonky or I just don’t understand where certain keys are hiding, the app wasn’t designed for newer devices as it’s scaled a little weird but hey, streaming is all that matters and that so far has worked great!

ORIGINAL REVIEW 10/10/20: Never ran into any issues like this when I had this app on my android device, but now since I’ve switch over to iOS aka “the better platform” according to some people I can’t seem to get one of my apps to ever function properly. It’s always something else that doesn’t work and you have to wait a long time for the developers to fix what might just be a tiny human error. Never ceases to amaze me ??. All we asks is that the issue be resolved so we can continue to enjoy your services HP. (Original Score: 2 out of 5 Stars) UPDATED REVIEW 10/31/20: 21 days later and the login crash issue suddenly fixes itself without an update or anything. While I dislike the fact it took this long for the issue to fix itself I can’t complain much because now I can actually use the app. With how frequently this app gets updated on PC one would think the app gets updates just as frequently as the PC version just to make sure there’s no issues but I guess not. Hopefully this issue is fixed for good and nobody has to run into this problem ever again. A suggestion on what can help improve this app and the user experience for OMEN users would be to allow us to control performance, lighting, network boosting, and graphics from your mobile devices as well as check our system vitals from a phone or a tablet without using remote play. I’m giving this app a new score of 3 out of 5 if I could give it a 3.5 I would but I don’t think there’s enough features to warrant a 4 out of 5 or a 5 out of 5. Especially after just fixing an issue that was just disrupting a basic app function such as logging/signing in to an account. (New score 3 out of 5 stars)
