There's a banner in the members area that constantly blocks the top of the page. Also, it needs the option to save login credentials, create a PIN or use touchID. Also, the navigation seems disjointed.
I'm pleased to see the Fraternity move in this direction. However, a mobile app should provide the kind of functionality that a Member is likely to need and use while "on the move"....to be able to locate a Chapter while he is traveling....to check Member status for someone he might meet on the road....to be able to present his own Member credentials should he be absent his Financial Card....maybe this functionality is present now but I didn't see it. I like the colors and the images but I don't think the app currently offers the services that would benefit me on the road. This is not a critique, it is a review. Great start....not finished....and by the way, I had similar feedback when my credit union from work first released their mobile app.
I was surprised to see our own app. I think it's great, and I hope to see added improvements within the next year. Having the opportunity to locate a chapter or to verify a brothers membership would be a great start. RQQ
