Please correct firmware update crashing

Please add more to do with Ollie. It's a great toy but there is not much to do but drive him in circles. Please add more of a game concept with levels to play und to upgrade you Ollie as you play.
App crashes

Whenever I try to connect to the car it says new firmware update. After it reaches around 40% the app crashes. I hope they fix this soon because I would like to actually play with the car!
Firmware update crashes

The app is stuck trying to update and crashes. Reinstalling it fixed the problem for me.
Doesn't connect using iPad or iPhone

I cannot get it to connect. It connects and disconnects rapidly where you can't do anything so you have to reset the app.
Can't use this or the Lightning Lab

App keeps attempting to do a firmware update, but never gets past 0%. AND I can't get the Ollie to turn off once I get it connected, I have to plug it in and unplug it, which is quite inconvenient. I tried to force an update with the Lightning Lab but that didn't work either.

The latest release notes for this app state that it fixed issues with firmware not updating. Just downloaded the app today, and it still won't update past 0%. I've opened a ticket. This was my son's birthday gift and he's pretty bummed. Orbitix, you really need to get a solid fix in place ASAP.

Ever since the IOS 10.2 update Ollie will not work with my iPhone.
