Latest Update issue

Ever since the Latest update Aug 27, 2019 i havent been able to play on my iphone. I click the app and it stays on black screen for a few seconds before the app shuts down. Really want to get back ingame, and pretty sure the update is the issue, because everythings been fine until today.
Won’t work for me. Won’t connect.

I’ve tried 3 times already to connect to RuneScape, and it still won’t load unless I’m using a limited wireless connection. I’ve got a good connection that works pretty well, so I don’t know why this is an issue. Some assistance would be appreciated since I’ve heard a lot of good things about RuneScape, and have been wanting to try it out for a while.

Been playing for the last two months or so on my iOS 6s device with no problems, huge fan of the game! However, since the update on 8/27 I cannot open the app on my phone. I receive a black screen upon opening the app followed by a crash about 45 seconds - a minute later. Please fix so I can keep grinding!

This is probably the best game I have ever downloaded, however, there is only one thing that could be improved. I’m not sure if this is just a problem for me alone but the music is REALLY buggy, cutting out almost constantly. Which is disappointing considering how awesome everything else is. But overall, it’s awesome!

Most games on the phone lose my interest within a few minutes. OSRS is the grand exception. This is a game done exactly right, with tons of quests, skills, places to explore, monsters to kill, gold to make, friends to make. RuneScape has always been a favorite of mine, and it makes for the perfect game on mobile. The controls are very well done, I’m even able to do pretty much everything the computer version can do, even blackjacking. The game is constantly updated and well worth the membership. I love that the cosmetic items don’t require real world money but gameplay. OSRS is an example of what a game should be for the phone, in a market full of trash.

Following the latest update on the AppStore, the game will not activate or launch. It just blackscreens and closes. Prior to this update the game worked perfectly.
No access to my bond pouch??

Love the game been playing for many years off and on. I got on one day to realize my acount had been hacked and all my items and cash worth anything taken. So I did what anyone would do move on and purchased a few bonds to get me going again. Well here’s where my problem starts.I purchased the bonds and when I went to retrieve them from my bond pouch in the acount managment tab where it’s been in the past there is no bond pouch option anymore.I’ve tried everything I can think of, looked everywhere I can try and still can’t find my in game bond pouch. would love to get some assistance on what’s going on thanks for your time look forward to a response.

If you had told me 15 years ago that I would be playing Runescape on an iPad I would have laughed...and then I’d ask what an iPad was.... It runs smoothly and has every drop of charm as it did when I was a kid!
