Terrible product, abandoned by manufacturer

It’s an all too common Kickstarter a story, they promised the world, finally deliver a product after delays, then abandon their customers. The fingerprint sensor is it just extremely unreliable and does not work in the cold climate. After much frustration I finally reinstalled my old lock and I couldn’t be happier. They have zero customer service and should be ashamed of themselves for taking our money and then totally disregarding us....the customer. SHAME ON YOU OLA!!

The app desperately needs an urgent update with completely new design and full support for English language, and it’s been 2 years since the last update which worries me that the developer has abandoned the app. The UI looks old and zoomed in with lots of Chinese characters, and it’s slow and it almost always crashes when using the camera to identify and register my lock via QR code, and also when I try to register a finger print (I had to try it many times until it worked).. all these problems happened to me with my iPhone 6s (IOS 11.4.1).. and I have read about a couple of people who had problems and couldn’t use it with their iPhone X, which means I might loose access to the app with future IOS updates or when I upgrade my phone. I really hope a new update would be released soon.
