Amazing but 2 problems

I really do like your games especially this one and I love the art work but 2 glitches that I found that really make the game unplayable literally one of them is when I came back to the game one day my account was gone and no my I cloud was fine in fact when I changed my I cloud my account was gone again so I know what I'm talking about so the other glitch is when ever I load the app the game won't load so I have to shut down my iPad and turn it back on just to load the game so in conclusion great game but horrible glitches.

It needs more heroes that cost crystals. I bought every hero that cost crystals, and it's getting old. Maybe 3 more heroes. The creater should make the heroes cost high like 2000 plus. If you agree, tell me. If it gets better, I will try to get some of my friends to play it. I have 18 friends. I hope you read the whole thing. Thank you for your time.

I love this game and I wish there where more things to get like more items more people to choose from I want to have a way you can add people as friends and invite them to a game and I also want to be able to buy pets to use in this game and also new game modes also give me my crystals because I bought the 300 pack and I sill didn't get them yet

I love oh my heroes! It's a really good game. There's just one thing...when I try to play the game now...it keeps on saying connecting to server and it doesn't load!
