To save a web page for Offline reading, touch the "Save Offline" icon while surfing the web using built-in browser
This app allows you to save entire web pages, including formatting and images, and read them offline on your iOS devices.
Transfer files through iTunes and take it where ever you go. Play Music & Videos offline.
Lost every letter every pixel ever saved. Utter trash that has hurt a lot of people.
Did not work for any page I wanted to view. It saved only the frames and not the content. After all the time I spent saving the pages too... Two stars since it does save simpler pages.
This app, while lacking in some areas, is exactly what I was looking for. It's hard to find apps as simple to use as this one is, and is still able to be used on the first iPad. Great job.
Easier than instapaper, but with a few small annoyances. The good: - browses and saves pages locally. No servers, no weird javascript bookmarks. - renders all the pages I've tried perfectly - allows all-paragraph select for "speak selection" to read me my articles The annoyances: - no feedback/support email. Does the developer read these comments? I have no idea! - in spotty network, queued downloads can fail and be lost (and the error does not even tell you which page failed) - the "refresh" button refreshes from the saved page storage instead of getting a new web version! What's the point of that? - in spotty network, when loading a saved page, it insists on trying to load a fresh version from the web. That's fine but there should be a button to stop that and show the saved version instead. Fix these and it's a 5 star app!
Simple and solid functionality. Doesn't require a privacy intruding account like the other app "Pocket" does. As expected and hoped for, this app removes all the annoying ads and such. Love it.
