Great! I have one issue.

I’ve enjoyed this app greatly for about a year or two and it’s everything I could wish for! However, I’ve started having an issue since around October, where whenever I download an mp3 file from my PC onto my phone, it receives an mp4 file instead. This doesn’t allow to edit the song’s image and when I delete the mp4 from the phone, the PC interface detects that an mp3 file is still there when there is none.
The player has stopped shuffling songs.

The player originally would play different songs from my playlist for as long as I had the player open when I hit the shuffle all button. Now when I select a playlist and hit the shuffle all button the player just plays one song over and over until I manually select another song. This is unacceptable. I have looked at all of the support and settings I can find for the player but there does not seem to be any way to restore the shuffle feature. What do I need to do to get the player to shuffle songs again or has the shuffle feature been disabled in the more recent updates to the player?

I love how I can wirelessly download selected albums from my pc to my new Ipad mini 6 with very little difficulty. I am having zero luck finding the ability to Purchase the app itself. I would rather pay the price for buying the app than get charged weekly or monthly but I cannot find an option to Purchase the App. Otherwise the App is phenomenal and I love it!
