I have been trying for months because of the fee that is being charged to my account with no luck. I took off my account and tried to get it fixed but that did nothing! Please just leave me and my money alone I don’t even have the app

ok so it says that it's free but it's really not because it MAKES you choose a package either become member renew membership or start free trial so technically it's really NOT FREE!!!!???
