format is not correct, no tags to help you find specific SCPs, SCPs will only work offline if you viewed them online, pictures do not show up at all offline, regardless if you already viewed the SCP or not, and explorations, experiments, interviews, and any text in that one bubble will not show up at all, if you are looking for a good offline database, I would go with nn5n's offline database.

I gave this app 4 stars because it has all 3000 SCP files for offline viewing and the app itself is only roughly 32 mb. Compared to other 2.3 gig apps. Here's why it's not 5 star worthy. Every file was pretty much copied and pasted into an app. No special colors or music or borders. Nothing fancy. But 2.99 isn't a bad price to pay for all 3000 scp files in a single app. While online, some scp files will have pictures and some won't. Offline works perfectly fine to. Just no pictures for each file while offline. Other then that. It's deserving of a hi 3 or low 4 rating in my book.
