Schedule is there but that’s about it…

They have an updated schedule but that’s about the only good feature. And that feature isn’t great. There are no room numbers without clicking through to the details when you click back the schedule resets and it’s almost impossible to find what you’re looking for as every line looks alike. The option to see the schedule in a grid by room would be helpful as well. Annoying ads every time you open it. Don’t mind a banner but a full screen click through every time I open the app is frustrating to click through and making me hate the advertisers they’re trying to promote. Keeps asking me to sign in but there is no way to sign up. And if I’ve signed up previously (which I may have last year) it won’t send a reset email. (Review from WonderCon 2018)

I can see the schedule but nothing else works. I can’t sign into my Sched account (“something went wrong, try again later” pops up every time) and it’s not easy to find where the login button is in the first place. Also, the filter option doesn’t always work. For example, the sliding buttons for programs, games, etc. don’t always slide over. There’s more, but the point is it’s bad.

Since the update there’s nothing in the app. It loads to a splash page and then the entire app is blank. Useless.
Still no SDCC 2018 Functionality

I'm pretty shocked that they haven't opened up the San Diego Comic Con side of the app yet. I understand that the panels have just set but the list of vendors and exclusives isn't available yet either. It's also odd to me that they don't use the app for the signing lottery or exclusives portal. It's annoyingly lacking in features.

It is less than a week away from the event and the schedule is not loaded to the app. This is useless.

No integration between key functions like maps, favorites, schedule. Exclusives are not able to filter. Can’t add an exhibitor or venue as a favorite from the exclusives tab. And that’s just what I came up with in the first two hours. Did you guys beta test this at all?

I just updated to the latest version and when the app loads I get a blank screen.

First, the convention floor map is so low-resolution that you can’t read booth numbers when you zoom in. If you search for an exhibitor, the tap-to-go to their spot on the map feature does nothing. You can’t search programs/panels for people on the panel, which should be easy to implement since it’s just a basic text search. You can’t sort panels by room to see what’s coming up in the room you’re already in. I would have submitted all this feedback using the “submit feedback” feature, but that’s broken, too (“email application is not configured” error message).
