Didn't work for me

After using this app on my iPad Mini for about a month, it is now unable to open any file, even the ones that I created in the app. The ball spins for a long time, and then it displays a message that says "alert - try again later".

This was a very good app to have docs created, edited, read. Recently, all the docs are listed, there is no way to open them. The "wheel" spins until it says "Alert-try later". There has not been any update since 2014. E-mailing support basically says we are aware of problem and we will fix it an upcoming update. This has not happened yet!! Until it does, this is totally useless!!!

This app was working great then all of a sudden, I can no longer open my word doc files, message read, Alert try again later. I contacted customer service and they said they working on a fix, it's been over a month now and still no luck. Refund please!
