The same old problem ; the owl (the old tower) touch problem. I want a refund. Because I CAN NOT play the game.

I wish I would have read the reviews first. I was enjoying the first part until I also got stuck on the owl puzzle. WHY IS THIS GAME STILL AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE WHEN THERE IS NO FIX AFTER 3 YEARS OF THE SAME COMPLAINT BY PAYING PLAYERS???

The game stops working at the owl map puzzle. Looked for fixes online and found out it’s been a problem for years. Why is it still for sale? And how do I get a refund?

I feel the name of this game fits the maker of this game Can’t get past the owl touch screen isn’t working see that issue posted from people a year ago guess never fixed the problem can’t move on would like a refund like everyone else is requesting. I replayed the gam 3 times did all suggestions recommend still same issue. Two years later still the same issue with touch screen on the old tower

This application has had an unfixed bug for over a year. I bought it without reading rates because I trusted Big Fish to sell applications that work. Expecting rates to be user preference not warning me that the application is broken. Come on Big Fish you can do better than this.

My bad for not reading the reviews first but I’ve never had a problem with Big Fish. Game is unplayable (owl scene), hoping for a refund.

Cannot finish game. Stuck in same place as others. Owl/map puzzle is unresponsive. Refund would be appreciated. Or please release update with fix.

And I was thinking of playing the entire “Off the Record” series. I just got to the “Start at the OLD TOWER” puzzle and met with the same issue that’s been reported for years now. Has there really been nothing done about this? (The game was also actually rather expensive, comparatively.) I suppose I shall have to be more diligent about reading reviews in the future. I currently play quite a number of Big Fish Games; this neglect is surprising.

I should have read the reviews cause I’m having the same problem it says on the game that it’s better for iPhone 4s I tell you what it didn’t say that the first time I played and paid for this game

I’m hoping after I start a new game (which is frustrating since I’m halfway through) that I will not continue to have the same problem as the person wrote above I am also at the owl/binocular puzzle however when you click the items on the map even though the hint tells you the same thing to do it does not work I cannot hang glide off of the cliff this means I cannot continue on with the game as there is no skip for this puzzle I would appreciate some feedback from support I will write another review after completing the first half of the game again and hopefully getting past this point
