Eipix did a good job on this latest installment of off the record (each plays as a stand alone) no diary or custom difficulty, has transporting indicated map. Crisp graphics and an interesting plot. Who really is the culprit? Why frame you? Watch for collectable sea horses and letters and globes etc. morphing objects in some ho. Verdict:worth playing!

Taking Liberties With the Stone!

This fun game arrived just as I was wishing for a tropical vacation - and here we are at a Caribbean hotel for a beauty pageant! It's been cancelled, though, due to the theft of the famous Liberty Stone gem, which was to go to the contest winner. You are a reporter, who now finds herself a suspect in murder and robbery. Oh, no! How can you prove your innocence? And what's with the sneaky hotel owner? There are Collectible Seahorses in each scene, morphing objects, and Alphabet Letters to collect in each scene. Nice music, and pretty island scenery. Buy it now, and enjoy your mini-vacation!

I paid and there's still ads??

Why am I still seeing ads In this game after I paid full price for it? I paid for advertisements? Total BS

"On" The Record: This "Stone" Is Rock Solid! Sort of!

UPDATE: I've reluctantly deducted an additional star due to the offensively short playtime of the bonus chapter. I think I finished in a record time of less than a 1/2 hour, and I'm a slow player. I feel like my pocket was ripped off of a well-earned dollar! So we have the modern-times feud between the "Sterlings-Montagues" and the "Walkers-Capulets." Caught in the middle is not just love this time. Well......you'll see. The setting depicts a refreshing environment within a Caribbean island paradise where you travel around wind-blown palm trees; lit-up, tented patios; crystal-clear pools with fruit-filled tables; and lush-filled jungles, which cover hills that extend towards the ocean. The graphics are fairly satisfactory and clear; however, some scenes appear blemished and muddled, which is indicative of impurity and unsophisticated talent. The colors radiate light, airy, and pastel-like tinges to promote a more spirited and vivacious atmosphere. The instrumental music is both mild and pacifying to achieve a vacation-like relaxation. The inventory is labeled and interactive; items require assembly. As is customary with this developer, you cannot customize your settings. I've grown tired of articulating about this hindrance. Even with the disregard of customized settings, the teleport map, at least in the second mode, is nonessential in that your journey is quite linear. Transition between scenes is swift and fluid. The HOS are abundant, innovational, and stimulating in presentation and ideas; they are cutting-edge with an expansive variety of clever and ingenious approaches on gameplay. I have an instinctive predilection for thought-provoking puzzles that abstain from conventional and unoriginal types; I love the one where you choose sketches of the attacker's face. You have several sets of collectibles; they are fairly conspicuous in placement. One other positive aspect to be conveyed is that this developer finally heeded our calls to place the map on the main layout in lieu of placement under the menu. I deducted a star due to omissions of both customized settings and a journal. This installment expresses a high level of interaction, variety, and creativity that renders this worth playing. LynxMinx: Thank you for your kind words. I guess I can attribute some skill to the many years I worked in the legal field. Hope you are feeling well.

Another lame game. Chasing scene to scene. We are smarter then you think. Please stop insulting us. So annoying!

I love this series and I loved this game. There were, as usual per EIPIX, 3 levels of difficulty. The graphics were gorgeous. At each location you must search for a seahorse collectible, hidden audio tapes, beach balls, and hidden letters. Loading was quick between locations and there was an in-game map (marked if so chosen) to transport you there. There was no journal (although we keep asking EIPIX for one) but the story wasn't too hard to follow and objectives were regularly updated. Inventory was labeled and interactive, with complex items to assemble. The HO scenes were varied and there were morphing objects to find in these, but I enjoyed them and did not find them tedious, as I did with Danse Macabre. I liked the puzzles and games for a change. There were no unusual gimmicks, but this game didn't need them because it was so good. It was a decent length and had a bonus adventure, but I enjoyed it so much it seemed short, although it really wasn't! The game ran smoothly and I can't wait for another installment! Lynxie sends ❤️?? to Dracyy, KimTwilight, Sunshine Susie and the DTE!

Engaging game

Not particularly long, and too many standard HOS for my taste, but there were no glitches and scenes were very well done with highly detailed backgrounds and realistic multi-part objects to use
