A Climbing Game

It's a "jumping" game with some cracking graphics and music.. I like the geometry you have to see to rise and the pressure the end of the screen scrolling up below you.

It's a little hard (the controls) at first, but you get better after doing it a lot. Completely worth $0.99!
Good but flawed

Very Doodle-jump-esque but with very different mechanics, which is a high compliment. A potentially addictive game that is seriously flawed by too many insta-deaths after the teleport booths / jump platforms -- many of the deaths feel cheap and unfair.

This is a beautiful game with addictive gameplay and a brilliant--BRILLIANT--soundtrack that sounds like something Yann Tiersen might have written. I loved this game at first and spent hours playing it. Then I realized there's nothing more to the game but jumping up a tunnel. After a while, that got boring. If this game had levels (maybe some where oddy is falling, or where he has to jump sideways), or if it developed somehow (I kept getting weird imagery of oddy growing arms and legs or something, level by level), it would be incredible.

Oddy Smog's Misadventure is everything an excellent game should be. Simple to learn but difficult to master, the gameplay adds an original twist on the popular "jumping" genre. The prisoners add strategy to the game, forcing you to think quickly and go out of your way, though the score multiplier and "wall jump" are well worth it. The amazing graphics and music only make it that much more epic. The instant deaths after a jumping platform/rocket ship/teleporter are a little annoying, especially after you've made it a few thousand meters, but not enough for me to remove a star. An adventure mode would be pretty cool as well. Overall this is a fantastic app, and at $0.99 you have nothing to lose. You will not be disappointed.

I love this game. Simple, yet brilliant gameplay takes vertical climbing games to a whole new level. The art is great, and the music is amazing. Sometimes I play the game just to listen to the background track. Apple should put this game in their 'Apps Starter Kit.'

Really Fun game. Very addicting with lots of strategy. Should be more popular. Jump o clock is not nearly as fun as this.
