Really nice app, but could be better

This app works great, and the notifications really help with filament changes, etc. the one thing I would suggest adding to make it a 5-star app would be a layer info view like the GCode Viewer Octoprint has. Also, maybe some one-touch buttons to abort print, cool down, etc.

Major shoutout to Gaston & the contributors for this app! It does everything I’d like it to do, and does it well. My favorite feature is the “Popular GCode Commands” in the Terminal screen. It makes a PID tune of the hot end very easy. It also doesn’t autosend, so you can edit the command to your use application before sending it to the printer. Clearly an Octoprint frontend designed by 3D printing people for 3D printing people!

So, this is amazing.

I just installed my first Octoprint ever, and this app is just plain awesome. I can check on my print anytime, and not have to continually walk down to the basement. I am soon setting up a VPN server (I have the RPi itch), so I can use the app from anywhere.

It's a well designed app. Everything is where you think it should be and all important information is right there in a proper format. The webcam works great and is always visible. I find myself using this app more than the web gui.

Overall great product. My two comments are 1) it would be nice if it worked with octoeverywhere for access away from home and 2) it would be nice to have a way to see gcode viewer. Otherwise does a great job allowing for quick access on a mobile device.

This app is great, I really appreciate the work and it adds to the enjoyment of my 3D printer. I always use it to check the webcam while the print is going. Easier to check than the web interface. Thanks!
