Good game but it won't open

I just got the game last night really got into it so I bought a couple things I continued to play after that and than all of a sudden it crashed I re opened it and it started to update than stopped I tried closing it than opening it but it just crashed again now it won't open it just stays in a black screen

I updated my game today and I can not access it. If I delete the app I will lose all my data. Can't reach company for resolution. Any suggestions??

Yes after my download my game is a black screen I don't understand how can I fix that because I do love the game

After almost two days the update to the game still does not work. I still have not heard back from the app developers after I used their recommended support email. Very poor customer experience thus far.

I've been playing this since Sept. I haven't spent even a dime, yet I'm in the top 3 across the boards for various things. It DOES take skill contrary to some reviews I've read. Yes, there is an auto feature for a few things to get you on the way, but the faster you turn the feature off and start your own layouts, the better you'll do. The auto feature wants to put the top ships in irregardless of level. A class below ship of 5x the level will smoke it in combat, but they put the top class no matter what. There are plenty of things throughout the day to keep you coming back, so it's not a hop on, use all your "mana" and hop off type game. There are legion events, solo events. Cross server legion events, and cross server solo events.. So plenty of ways to see how you stack up in the grand scheme. There is an In-game currency of diamonds, but you can get a boatload and steady flow of them without paying anything. I highly recommend this game ^_^ 4⭐️ because they do have bugs from time to time with updates, but they DO get resolved! I have an original gen iPad mini.. Terrible processor, and inability to get ios10... It's that bad.. But I have very few crashes, and rarely is it an issue when it does.

It's lame. If you think it's gonna NOT be a static rpg, well...it SO is. The profile pic, into, and intro graphics are just eye candy to get you to bite. It's yet ANOTHER stylized hisrtro-garbage, anime looking game that's a total buzzkill.
