To use this app, you must first have an account (Free) created at the OnlineChatCenters website. Once our snippet of HTML is added to your website, you can monitor the visitors actively on your site and they can request chats with you or you may invite them to chat directly from within the app.

It's worked fine for my needs. We've used the PC based application for the last year and this was a useful addition to monitor the current visitors on the website and to be alerted when someone is requesting a chat, which we usually answer on the PC. A few things to be aware of - in the way that we use it, we had to purchase an additional operator for the "mobile" client since it would knock the PC client off-line. The only change I could see to make would be to have more options on notifications for sounds (vistor on site, new chat request, unanswered chat.) and to allow the voice-to-text to work when chatting with customers. It can also be a bit complex to provide customers with URLs and other functions from your ecommerce store on a small platform like the iPhone. Otherwise it's well worth the money and it's a fairly polished application considering how new it is.
