I’m using the app since 2015 and for the past 2 month the service is very bad, the call repeating itself every 2 minutes, after 2 minutes suddenly you will hear the call from the beginning like it was recorded, i have reported the issue to them and they asked me to do a lot of test for them, however i did use 3 different Internet connection 2 is high speed leased lines and the mobile LTE, all is just the same, at the end of the test they only reply with one answer that the problem is with my ISP, for the second month I’m losing around 45min which costing me near 5$ with nothing from the support. Don’t waste your time with this app and wish apple will take action.

يحتاج شبكة قوية ليعمل والمشكلة انه بعض الاحيان يقوم بحساب تكلفة دون ان يتم فتح الخط من الطرف الاخر... و احيانا اخرى اثناء المكالمة يتم قطع الاتصال و اعادة المحادثة وكأنها مسجلة على كاسيت

It was great apps for call overseas. Now call quality very bad, maybe using cheap quality. And doing extra noice when I’m trying to use a headphone. You should fix all the issue to get more stars.
Worst calling app by far

The worst app I have ever installed. It keep crashing on me and the calls aren’t going through. Will be able to buy credit so fast then it will get you no calls. Don’t purchase it.

Due to high calling rates i have stop using Nymgo Now I’m using libon calling app it is very cheap and clear voice quality app I suggest to all of you to use this great app and save your money

Good app and good sound quality u add the fund takes forever to be posted on the account and u have to wait until posted. Sad
