I usually do not have problems with this App. However today I wake up and attempt to check in on my balance and an error code pops up. MCU is not the most or at least not one of the most technologically advanced banking systems in NY, however the reasoning for the error code baffles me and I know that when I attempt to call MCU during regular business hours. I know that should expect to wait on the phone for a live person for 2 hours only to ask 1 question. Why am I not able to view my account history via the app? MCU seems geared more to the older generations 45 and up. Everyone meets the bare minimum of knowledge of technology needed to work this app. I digress. My main concern is the error code and not being able to check my account balance. I wish that I could provide a picture as proof in my review but it seems that I cannot. Please update and fix your app MCU.

If I was able to rate 0 stars I would. MCU needs to update this app. It’s beyond horrible. It never works smoothly. All my other bank apps work very well. But this one is the worse by FAR!!!!!! It needs to be redone correctly. I’ve been with this bank forever would hate to have to change because of this. You get enough money from your membership the least we can get is a proper app

Terribly ran app. Never can get a updated balance, it just loads, loads, loads and crashes...a one star rating is too much but because it looks nice I’d give it 0.000000001 star rating ??????
