Loved that I could sweat anywhere on the go! Nicole and the trainers energy is infectious!

This app is really straightforward and user friendly. Plus the title of the videos show which area you will target. Love that it feels like I’m brining Nicole’s classroom experience with me on the go or into my living room!

Delivers on providing mobile workout videos, but it’s still a new app that will improve over time. I had no issues syncing my account or downloading videos. Still prefer streaming on TV to catch the details in the moves, but this app has come in handy on trips without proper gym access and spontaneous workouts in the park.

I travel a lot for work and there are times I’ve forgotten my computer and couldn’t watch the workouts. Even if I went to the website on my phone browser it wouldn’t always work the best. This app is great and keeps me exercising no matter where I am. I really love the design of the whole app it’s very colorful and fun. Having an NW app actually motivates and reminds me to work out.

This app is $59.99 per month, which gives you access to only 13 classes. You have the option to purchase more classes for an additional exorbitant amount! A one hour long class can be as much as $38.99. The app advertises a free trial; but, I was charged $59.99 immediately after I subscribed to the app. I tried a couple of the classes. They were good; but, not for $59.99 per month. The app really didn’t incorporate much mind+body, either, as advertised. Overall, I was super bummed out that the NW Church app was not a good fit.
