New version don't work on ios

Worked well for a year. Now new version won't. It shows my device but when I choose it it says unable to load. Luckily the android app still works.
This app worked great until the Dec 30,2021 update.

After the update, any device now states “failed to load” I attempted to remove and redownload the app and also removed and reconnected my device. Still Recieving “failed to load”
After they upgraded the app, I can NOT contact!!

I have tried so many times to login but it failed. I reinstalled the app but it Crashes everytime. now it gives me this error: failed to load”
Why is there a location permission

Since the app update it won’t let me use it until I grant location permissions to always. Why does an app for a air purifier need to know my location always or at all. Deleted app and won’t be reinstalled until this changes. Thanks but NO thanks
New update ruined the experience

The new update causes a failed to load message anytime you try to control the device from the app.
Can’t view device since upgrade

When I tap on my device within the app it “says failed to load” and I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app and decide within the app. Please fix this version.
